Cynthia Neville, 69, of Fishers, passed away on February 3, 2018. She was born to the late Harry John and Rae Carol (Shoup) Rowley on March 8, 1948 in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Saint Agnes Catholic Church, 1008 McLary Road, Nashville IN 47448, on Monday, February 26, 2018 at 4 PM.
